- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been
shipped.
- Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for made-to-order items.
Shipping Times
Because we use a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the product
and the supplier’s location. Estimated delivery timeframes:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days
Note: Some items may arrive separately if sourced from different fulfillment centers.

Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High demand or backorders
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Weather disruptions or global supply chain challenges

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Bantu Vibes is not responsible for:
- Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address entries
- Re-delivery charges for failed deliveries caused by recipient unavailability
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or expected delivery date)
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product, if applicable
